# Job Description (JD) – Sales Executive (Field Sales)
**Position:** Sales Executive (Field Sales)

## Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented **Sales Executive** to expand our distributor network and increase business growth. The candidate will be responsible for field sales, identifying new distributors, developing strong business relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
## Key Responsibilities
* Visit the assigned market on a daily basis.
* Identify and appoint new distributors in the assigned territory.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and dealers.
* Explain the company’s products, policies, and business opportunities to potential distributors.
* Achieve monthly sales and distributor appointment targets.
* Conduct market surveys to identify new business opportunities.
* Ensure product availability and market coverage.
* Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
* Coordinate with distributors regarding orders, payments, and stock availability.
* Prepare daily visit reports (DVR), weekly reports, and monthly sales reports.
* Participate in promotional activities and sales campaigns organized by the company.
## Required Qualifications
* Graduation in any discipline (Preferred).
* 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Channel Sales, or Distributor Development.
* Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
## Required Skills
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build and manage distributor relationships.
* Good market knowledge and customer handling skills.
* Target-oriented and self-motivated.
* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
